My account was past due for November month and we did not receive any reminder or bill.
We received a call that account is past due against which we said that payment will be done latest by tomorrow.
Next day we received multiple calls that why payments have not been done and executive was speaking in rude language with us.
Last call was around afternoon which we received and we mentioned that by evening payment will be made for sure. At this the agent mentioned that you have balance in your account so why don’t you make the payment now. We said first of all you don’t have right to access our personal information specially financials and as mentioned u will get your payment. Agent mentioned we have all the rights to access your account. Agent also threatened that we will directly take out money from your account and pay for the bill.
We said we will file complaint against this at which agent said do whatever you want and you can’t do nothing against us.
We felt so hharassed and now we are not sure whether we should close this account or not.
Please help.
