Dear sir/Mam,
This is very unfortunate for me that i am complaining about a lady (seems she was totally illiterate)
Today we myself and my brother had visited AirTel store, which is at Ranjeet hanuman road, for discontinue the airtel services (that is another story of dissatisfaction) , we met one lady named Shruti, Actually i was not discussing with her but she jumped into the conversation and no one can believe being a lady how she shouted and abused me and my brother (our age is around 45 yrs).
I would like to tell you only one thing please don’t keep this type of employees in your organization, as you already have very bad image regarding the services but now this will be a one more feather in you hat.
