On 22.02.2022, I booked a slot for cult centre however I was late by 5 mins due to traffic, after reaching centre the arrogant centre manager at Noida 104 cult centre has misbehaved and not allowed me to enter the premises. Now I asked the refund and action against him however the cult customer care employee are favouring manager instead of resolving the issue. There are safety related issue with this manager however no response as of now. I have paid 18k around to get this membership now it time to escalate it to court.
