This is in regards with apollo pharmacy, kottivakkam. I have experienced the worst customer service from a staff named Ms. Sharmi. She was pissed off for some other reason already and for delay in card transaction she blasted off at me a customer. She is a local rowdy using abusive words and such bad words and creating a scene in the shop. I just came in to purchase diaper for my kids and went through this. Mr. Ellapan the area manager was also contacted and notified about the happenings but all in vain. He supports only his employees and no respect for the customers for whom the shop or pharmacy is being run. Ms. Sharmi had the guts to call me in my number and ask about the diaper purchase. When asked about the other day she started shouting again and Mr. Ellapan did not comment on it when called and notified by call.
