Good Day
This Is Prashant Sawant
I called Airtel customer service center at 121 on 12th August at 09:58 hrs  choosing Marathi Language option expecting to get answer in Marathi
Since your operator reply with unprofessional manner asked me to talk in hindi or disconnect call….since call has been connected aas hindi language as per him…tried to explain him but he is misbehaving and insulting way said if you want to talk talk in hindi…already save  audio recording of conversation .
His name Himanshu Wankar
So kindly Take this issue and take appropriate action and update me as soon as possible
