I have ordered product with Amazon and as per promised date it was supposed to deliver me on 25th and but it didn’t deliver to the date. I call the customer service and checked the status and they promised me to get this deliver by 26th evening. When it is not delivered I call the agent to check the status but the person who attended me (Shobhit-as he said) from the large appliances category misbahaved with me. I requested him to please arrange the delivery but he started shouting and telling me that don’t try to teach my work..you have to wait for 24hours for our actions.
This behaviour is not at all accepted for the order which I have paid as a prime members. There is no concrete response from the Amazon or delivery partner.
