As I am very regular with Nuego and I always travel from Ambala to Delhi and Delhi to Ambala with Nuego for office use. As usual we always book 2 tickets as me and my boss from Ambala to Delhi today morning 7am I asked them to stop in ambala cantt for the pickup as per your convenience but driver and helper totally denied and said we will not stop if you want you can also get down. Also this driver has some behaviour issue this was not the first time with him. Now our 2 tickets got wasted. Now who is the responsible atleast they can inform or give some ulternate
