My contact no is 9896972394 and I want to port my no. to airtel so for the purpose of enquiry i went to airtel store near subhash chowk sonipat, haryana but there i go through the very bad experience and i changed my mind and decided never to join the airtel network.
I went to airtel store on 24jul2020 at around 2:00 pm and when i enter the store i was restricted to enter in store and reason given was social distancing. The store is very spacious and only 4 customer were attended by the staff during that time i requested to pls allow me to enter inside the store as the weather outside was very hot and it is difficult to stand under the scroaching sun outside. I requested and said i will stand at one corner of store and wait for my turn as there is very space in the store and social distancing can easily be maintained but store manager in black t-shirt refused my request. I request again and then he use very hard word with harsh tone and said “tere jaise roj aate h yahan, chupchap bahar chla jaa” and then he ordered the staff to stop their work and again said “ab dekhta hu kaise kaam krwa lega tu apna .” When I warned to complain against this type of behavior he replied that “tere ko jahan jo krna h krle mera kuch nhi bigaad skta, facebook pe complain kr ya twitter pe kar.”
After this type of behavior from the store manager i changed my mind and decided never to join airtel otherwise i wish to port all my family members number in airtel or went there for the family plan only.
I want to log the complaint against the manager. Please treat this as my complain against him and provide me the complain no and revert for the action taken against him and arrange to apologize to me. My contact no is already provided in the beginning.
