I have applied a Jio Optical Fiber Connection to Jio Service. Jio Assigned the sale query (Order number is NO0000GOWU25) to Mr. Akshay Kapoor (Jio Assistant Manager – akshay1.kapoor@ril.com). He came to our home on 5th March 2021 (Friday). I asked to apply Jio Internet, Call, and TV-based connection. He asked to deposit 1,500 Rs in Jio. I deposited the same in front of him and asked him to provide an internet connection on Monday i.e 08-03-2021. But, Jio connection did not have initiated on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday after so many calls and Followed ups. Now Today I went to you Jio Local Office at VKI, Jaipur, Rajasthan and asked your officials to initial the connection, because it already been too delay. The person available at Jio Office immediate asked to send two persons to initiate the same. After Applied the connection, they told me that your jio internet connection is activated now. I asked him about TV Setup box, they told me that you didn’t applied for TV connection, so we can’t provide you the same. First you wait for 1 month during trial and apply after 1-month trial. I called Mr Akshay Kapoor on your jio person mobile phone, he completed deny my request and argued and misbehaved me over mobile communication and asked me to terminate the Jio connection. So we have forcefully call to customer care no. to refund the amount and disconnect the service on same day activate the connection (I think it is first time in your history) due to misbehaving of your employee and false commitments, not due to Jio service.
