I am writing this complain against one of the delivery agent of ekart .
The delivery agent named Rakesh kumar yadav with ID no. 10581 had changed the original product ordered by me through flipkart with counterfeit cheap product.
And he don’t know how to talk the customer on phone.
Before Delivering the product he continuously asked personel details without informing that he is from ekart logistics despite i asked him repetitively.
This forced me to block his number.
And on delivery he changed the original product with counterfeit one.
