I was in Kolkata and tata capital collection manager call me I told him that I was in Kolkata after coming I will pay my EMI but they send 6 staff to my house and they all are doing misbehave and threating to my mother and now my mother condition is not good please take legal action against them

What happened after that? Were there any further complications like during loan disbursement or any physical verification? And did they also harass your contacts?
Just wanted to know as I am also going to apply for a 75k loan from them.
