Actually my sim was pre on post but automatically it get converted into postpaid not thay shows you have 780rs pending bill payment then i call coustomer care for details. Instead of solving issue thay told me that it is ur fault u have changed it to postpaid but i never has done that then i told them to transfer call to ur senior they say that there is not any senior executive online i told them y then she say rudely stay on line for some hours then without my permission she hold call for 10 to 15 min without permission or bouthring to ask me can i hold ur call then and also she asked many times thatme that i will disconnect ur call but then i started recording the call then she take my call on hold. after some time about 10 mins. She realised that i am not going to disconnect the call so she transferred call to senior. I have saved that recording.
