Tata sky customer service people called and asked me to recharge my base pack.I’d recharged earlier for 1500rupees and recharged again for 900rupees telling him to renew contract for base pack semiannually (1815rupees for dhamaal mix) and adjust the rest (around 585) for add on packs.
Today I was shocked to learn that they have cut 1400 rupees for daily viewing and have not recharged my base pack and asking to pay additional money.
I need a refund or adjustment.Customer care executives call anytime and confuse us and misappropriation of recharge money is just unfair.
