DTH No. 3050994508 – Airtel Black 399 standby plan – mis selling issue not resolved yet.
We have sent you so many emails and spoken to 12150 executives several times, but the complaint is not resolved yet.
Airtel representatives Mr Pradeep and Selvam (from Chennai Pammal store) have deceived us. They said that the prepaid pack was valid for 6 months and that we will receive paid channels from all languages as per our choice within the plan limit. They said we will receive more than 350 channels of our choice across languages without paying a penny extra.
We later found that these are bogus promises. The plan is valid for only 5 months and we are being charged beyond the base pack for choosing more channels. The mails sent to Customer Care, Airtel Appellate Authority and Nodal Officer didn’t yield any result so far.
