on 23 May I took a connection from Jio , I was assured that I dont need to pay any installation charges. However the Sales Person (Sumit ) told me you pay 6 months rental + 1000Rs as part of installation however he would refund 1000rs either through UPI or Cash on the day of installation. So I paid the whole amount which is 7364rs( 6 months rental + 1000rs Installation)
Now today is 27th , the sales person is not refunding the amount and giving me various excuses.
