Hi Legal Team,
Just to inform you that this seller Accent Mirror is not doing fare practice in the market and selling same product to their online customer again and again. I had given a call on 9903259795 to Sahil who claims himself to be the owner but he is not capable of handling the call and don’t have any ethics or accurate information related to delivery and logistics.
Initially he asked for payment details and order I’d, I have already given him the order id including both payment snapshot made to his delivery agent. Now he said it’s the third party delivery partner which he is opted kindly go and take the refund from them after return window got closed after wasting my time.
I have placed an order on a good note thought you to be a genuine and responsible seller but he is doing fraud to increase his sales and said he can’t do anything as it’s a fragile product, so why he is into this business if he can’t handle the escalation?
Hence, I am raising this complaint against Accent Mirror in your court to take strict action against Sahil – 9903259795 from Accent Mirror regarding fraudulent activities and code of misconduct and quickly arrange for my refund on urgent basis.
