- I RAJNI KUMAR holds a policy of LIC. Some people caught hold of my policy number and did a scam with me. Three people called me and told me to buy an oxxy policy as a proof I have their numbers as they always talked on phone only and never messaged me :KANIKA THAKUR, VIJAY RAJ and BHANU PRATAP , these people called and forced me to buy this policy. I got know about this fraud later
I wish to complain about the staff and leaking personal information of customers buying policies. A big scam was done with me as my personal information was leaked and the people started forcing me on call and started giving threat calls and said that I should not tell anyone about this as the money will not be transferred to me.
A fraud case was done with me and my personal information was leaked. I have been constantly sending mails to OXXY Company but still no solid reply is being given to me and no one is helping me out there.I am a single handed woman and I want my policy to be cancelled at any cost as I have to pay my daughter’s fee. I took a loan for my children’s studies. My personal details were leaked and mistreated by your office staff. This is tampering and LEAKING PERSONAL INFORMATION.
Firstly,three people called me regarding this and said that I have some amount in my LIC POLICY and the money will be redeemed only when I buy a new policy of OXXY. Kanika Thakur, VijayRaj and Bhanu Pratap. They said that my current policy has some benefit amount and said that if I buy other policy i’ll get the amount from it and forcefully made me buy new policy:

They said that the company will transfer the money .Kindly, cancel my policy and refund the money. How do you allow fraud with your customers and leaking personal information? I have a major slip disc. I have to pay my dues and this was illegal. I want you to take some serious action against it.
I have sent numerous mails and yet there is no response from your side and it’s really stressful for me as I can’t see any solution . I still haven’t received any email or phone call from your side .I request you kindly cancel my policy and please help. I hope you take action immediately and do justice.I also called in the office and said to cancel the policy earlier but no one paid heed and said that it can’t be cancelled and no one helped me.
