Hi,
We have Reliance jio fiber connection since 1 year.
Service ID: 301130679628
At that time we were promised to jio tv set up box as well as free landline phone.
But till date we haven’t received any.
My parents are old, they are not that much digitally advanced and I live in UAE.
Still they have tried calling and emailing to customercare numerous times since then, to no avail.
I am still unable to process as how such a reputed Multi National Company can provide such a terrible service to their clients. Please Help!
