I am chandan Kumar dewangan working with SBI presently posted in bilaspur C. G. I have a post paid no in corporate plan for mob no 7771080410 from idea company. I want to port this no to Airtel company due to lacuna of service. For this i have lodged my request in online.
A local sale executive of Bilaspur Mr. Chauhan contact me at my office and my request has been proceed on 21.07.18 . He took Rs. 300/- As processing fees. but till date my no port is not available. After that when I visited the Airtel store self they told me that is there not any charge to port post paid in Airtel company.
I want to complain lodged for mis selling and return my charged amount. And punish to sales executives.
And I still want to port my no in your company
