Dear sir,
I debashis barik ,ph – 8335877013 has availed airtel family plan which has 4 voice call sim + 1 data sim from your patia store bhubaneswar.
After some days of use the data sim was automatically get deactivated for which we lodge complaint at your patia store. The store manager then Mr subhadeep dash said this happens sometime in the sim and issued me a new data sim card to use.
But now the problem arrise in bill. Since then last 6 months I have been running to your patia store regarding my bill why extra addon amount is being charged to me even if you have replaced the data sim card.
But the store manager is very arrogant and ignors my complaint every month.
Please stop harassing me every month.
I have also been regularly complaining in 121 but no result.
Please solve this issue as soon as possible.
