Text of Complaint by Rajeev Gupta:

I recharged my phone on 22nd Nov with a Rs. 79 package (28 day validity). My earlier recharge is expiring on 25th Nov. I was promised that the new package will start after the expiry of the old package but in my Thanks App it’s showing that my validity is only 26 days from 22nd Nov. I tried contacting airtel through phone and email but they didn’t reply.
