Am facing a problem in my Tata sky dth connection (reduced validity period). through advertisement I reached a Tata sky dealer in chennai.during my first call to the dealer they advised me to get connection for 1500 (HD channels and all Tamil channels ) on 14th March.Due to some technical issues I can’t able to connect the TV in my new home so after an week I got connected.from then the customer service from the service provider become very worse (90920 07555 service provider No).I couldn’t see HD channels in my TV.i tried calling the service provider but there is no response from the team and after 2 to 3 days I called the exact person named Mr.suman. he told he will do the needful and he told me to do something in my Tata sky app and after 2 days HD channels are viewable.Now 31st March I got a msg that I need to recharge my account which is completely disturbing by good view towards Tata sky.Simply to say is TATA SKY CHANNELS AND RELAY IS TOO GOOD BUT THEY HAVE VERY WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Today too I called the customer at morning Ms.Ramya took the call and she replied that “I will ask suman to call you back” but till now no response from the team and I called them now I can’t able to reach them(mobile not reachable).am completely fed up by calling them daily and not responded.Now I registered an complaint to your team and my complaint I’d is 1E3LFFPS and I spoke to Me.denni he told me to recharge for 54.66rs for extending my service for next 3 days.I tried that also but am getting a msg that please enter a valid number from 20 to 30000.I don’t know why I need to waste money in this and am not responded.Am recording this very clearly Many many times am being disappointed by your customer service between my short tenure as a customer. I need your support and assistance with triggering or else this will be my last mode of contact as your customer.
