Dear Sir
We purchased a mini CNC router from S S Tech company based in Delhi on the 10th of May, 2023
They assured us that they would provide after-sales service and training to us.
They installed our machine after four weeks when we made lots of requests.
Within 3 months machine stopped working, and we are requesting them to look into the matter we are not getting any response from them; they are not relying on What’s app, nor they are picking up our calls. there website https://www.indiamart.com/sstech-newdelhi
Please help us to solve the issue.
