My name is navjot Singh Bedi and I have this so called rbl credit card department is good for nothing .. my complaint is regarding 10000 milestone reward points which i didn’t receive after spending more than 156000 and the first milestone is already complete and the second milestone has started but this so called bank says that iam not eligible for 10000 reward points because I haven’t spent 150000 according to their so called unprofessional systems .. its been more than 20 days I have made n number of calls to resolve this issue but every time when i call them they say that we have taken ur request, we have marked ur issues on priority basis.. and we assure u that ur points will be credited to ur account with in one day ,their so called supervisors give me lame excuses and fake commitments that sir we have also calculated ur the amount u have spend u should get the 10000 reward points but in our system it says that u have spent only 137000 , now this is so disgusting .. they have sent me a message on aug 21 2020 –

(Your journey to the 2nd milestone begins! As on 12/08/20 you have spent Rs. 156005 using your Bajaj Finserv RBL Bank World Prime SuperCard. Spend Rs. 193995 or more till 23/09/2020 and earn additional 10,000 Bonus Reward Points. T&Cs apply)

And still it’s not showing in their systems such a pathetic service and unprofessional supervisors, few days I spoke to one of their unprofessional supervisor named Neetu, she said sir I have raised the request for the reward points and I spoke to my manger and I have got the approval so u will get ur points with in 24 hrs and for sure but i haven’t received any points after two days I get this message –

( After thorough investigation of your issue [20413510], we regret to inform you that we are currently unable to cater to your concern.Thank you for yourpatience. )

  1. This is not the first time iam getting this message when ever I call them they gave me a time for two days and after that I receive this message.. so this is a height rbl is full of unprofessional people with pathetic service and useless systems. Iam also sharing some screen
