Consumer Affair Docket number – 2112026
number belongs to the Karnataka region and it was a postpaid connection. Because of the lockdown I came to Hyderabad. I visited a store in Hyderabad to convert Prepaid from Postpaid.
Hyderabad idea people had cancelled the number however they are not able to activate it as prepaid.
Hyderabad Idea store people said they cannot help as the number belongs to Karnataka and should visit Karnataka idea stores only to activate. I checked with Karnataka Vodafone stores but they are also not able to help since it is not karanataka circle
Finally, my number is disconnected, no service at all. Number got disconnected on june 26th.
