My Pre Paid Number is 8435427441, I wanted to port my sim from prepaid to postpaid. I placed my first request on 14 January 2022 in kerala but the verifications wasn’t completed. Yesterday, that is 28th January 2022, i tried to place the request once more in Delhi. Even though the verifications was completed the request got cancelled as the request placed on 14th is still said to be in process. I am in army service and by tomorrow early morning I will enter Jammu and Kashmir circle and then my current prepaid sim will not work. Getting the number transferred to postpaid is really a matter of urgence. I have been trying to get in contact with customer care and tried to get the first request fully cancelled but I have not been receiving any help or solution from their side. Kindy help me with this.
