But I’m not sure why could it not have been done straight away?

Airtel put me in another Postpaid Plan without my consent. I simply asked for stopping all postpaid services and did the actionable steps. Pls don’t take advantage this way.

So, pls change all the numbers to prepaid without additional charges of any other Postpaid plan you all attached from your side.

I’m simply not paying for anything I didn’t ask for. It was a mistake from your end. So, pls accept and do the corrections now.

I’m sorry, but my number is more than 2 months old now. I got it on June 5th 2020.

So, pls check on that again. I have paid my June bill and have to pay my July one yet.

Also, I’m not paying for postpaid after clearance of July bill of the family plan. Not for any of the numbers because I already informed your team last month that I won’t be continuing with postpaid plan for any of the numbers.

Please convert them to prepaid as requested.
