Dear Sir

I want to migrate my postpaid to prepaid connection, as I have already cleared my all pending dues. I convert my prepaid to postpaid connection on 27th July 2020 and after one month usage after cleared all my dues I went to the nearest airtel store but the representative there who give me the connection not entertained properly and refuse to migrate my connection from postpaid to prepaid.

Now this is very much hectic for me due to huge amount of postpaid bill. I feel very much anxiety due to this. Please take the necessary action from your end as early as possible.
