Actually I visited this airtel store twice but they were not willing to change my number from postpaid to prepaid, telling me some other issue everytime.
So I just wanna tell at the time of getting a new sim or connection to postpaid you guyss visit to our home for these services nad when I ask to turn my sim from postpaid to prepaid you are not willing to turn my sim to prepaid, making excuses for no reason.
I want this store executive to pay what he do,if you not gonna do that I will raise this issue to court,because I really want this guy to know that this will not taken for granted and he will not do that again.
