I was contacted by migimart on WhatsApp as i had applied for data entry job in migimart from rocket job site app on the phone. I paid the non refundable deposit and got my job i did everything and submitted the work way before the deadline but payment didn’t come. When I enquired about the payment they said you have not provided any referral. You need 1 referral for every 50 emails and the job was sending 300 emails. I tried explaining to them that i had very clearly stated that i will not give them any referral. If that’s okay only then I will proceed. After that I got payment details from them so i thought it was okay to not provide any referral and did everything they asked me to do and paid my non refundable deposit. But when I pointed out that I had very clearly stated i will not provide any referral why are you not paying. I have done everything that you asked me to do i paid a deposit which is non refundable i submitted the work done with proof so atleast pay me a part of it. They refused to pay and asked me to complain against the person who sent me these details saying that person will be thrown out of job. I didn’t want any one to suffer job loss or money loss because of me i didn’t want to get paid by making some one else jobless so i again requested them to atleast pay me for the work i have done if not the whole amount but they didn’t pay me at all. I have lost my deposit amount i have used data to do the job send emails and proof and still not got paid
