microwave warranty claim & repair service (amazon basic) complaint registered on 21st Dec and till now I have called amazon many times but no response all time front person says they are escalated to higher dept. but no one visited till now I seen their reviews from customer they are harassed people, I am unable to heat food due to micro wave is not working its harassments by amazon they wont fulfill the order and I required to help on this issue.
i have purchased the product on 9 oct with there Brand Amazon Basic.
