I have recently purchased the brand new product – Microtek inverter 1100 12v SW from the retail shop. After installing it, it produces the weird noise and it is not bearable to us. The sound produces a lot of irritation. I have raised a complaint with customer care and a technical team visited my home. They checked the sound and told that now a days all microtek product produces this sound and we need to bear that sound to get used to it. After hearing their reply we are all really frustrated. if the microtek produces this kind of sound then please take back the product from me. Currently I am in a state to throw this product to dust bin if I am not getting a proper help from you.

We have also the same problem. Service person came and visited. They replaced the board. Still the same humming noise. It seems that there is a design issue of Microtek product. Not sure how they are selling with this issue.
