The motherboard of my phone is faulty as WIFI, Bluetooth & Hotspot isn’t working and it’s not available with the service center. They’ve returned the phone twice without replacing the motherboard and I’ve again returned it as the issues resistant. I’ve chasing the team for last 1 month for the same issue but they’re keep on asking me to wait and have been thrown from one person to another/ one department to another.
I asked for a replacement or refund they denied both. I need my money since it’s a worst company and the product is out of life and motherboard isn’t available.
