I have purchased a new MI TV 5X 50inch on 13-11-2021 from Flipkart Order No: FAE1EC2200039632. I have been facing board issues with in 10days. I raised complaint MI service center on 30-11-2021. they said thre is no exchange option, we will change board with 10day but still i did’t get any solution frm them. almost 25days gone there is no response in service center and customer care. we spoke many time to customer care and service team, they didn’t response properly. Worst service from MI team. why they are doing like this??

Pls help me guys. we want exchange the TV

  1. Mi service is worst, first use many techniques to avoid customers.

    I raIsed a complaint on Mi toll free, regarging my Mi 43inch Android TV having issues of vertical and horizontal lines appearing on the screen.

    Technician came, took some pictures of the TV and said the TV display needs to be replaced. The TV was in warranty so, technician said he will replace in 15 days.

    Then after 15 days I got a call from Mi Technician, he continously called me 4 times within 4 minutes. I was in driving so was unable to pick the call. Now here the support technician did a mistake, I m not sure if Mi follows this trick with all customer?

    When a customer dont pick a call, he should be called after sometime later and talk. But the technician didnt do that.

    After 30 minutes or so, I called the technician again continuously 4-5times, but he didn’t pick. Later he picked and said he was waiting for longtime and I didn’t pick the call. I said I was in driving.

    The technician said, tomorrow another person will come and fix it.
    But no one came. I followed up with the technician foe three days and he said, another technician will come.

    Later after a week, when I called the Mi till free number, executive said the ticket was resolved amd closed. I said issue was not resolved, how could you close the case! The executive said customer has asked to close the case, so we closed. But, I didn’t ask to close the case, then how could they close it?

    DONT MI SUPPORT HAVE SOME PROTOCOL? DONT THEY CALL AND CHECK IF IT WAS A GENUINE CLOSER. Mi didn’t call the customer to check if the customer was happy after the case was closed.

    I asked to transfer the call to higher official. Later, the executive said they will resubmit a new case ID and resolve the case.

    Already 1 MONTH WASTED, NOW AGAIN MI SUPPORT TEAM IS GOING TO WASTE ANOTHER MONTH.

    This literally bullying of customers by top corporate houses.

    This has been a practice by many reputed customer support team. India need a effective system to resolve such issues. And strict fine should be implemented on wrong doers, and then only our customer care can be efficient.
