Dear sir,
I am Chandrasekhar working in private company as a Sr GM in Pune. I purchased Mi tv to my father (65 year) and mother (60 years) staying in Andhra Pradesh in small village. unfortunately, tv not getting on from 14th of Feb 25, and i registered a complaint in Mi on 15th FEb ( Service token nunber M8937692) ) service guy visited on 17th feb and told mother board problem and took the part and requested for spare part, part received on 25th feb and fitted but problem not resolved , so again requested for other spare part of panel. and servise request closed and raised new- M8972496 ) after long follow ups spare part received on 7th feb and problem remains same- now part repelased panel. again same story and one more request , service guy visited on 14th and repelaced now sensor- again problem same and now he is asking other liquid part problem it is not under warranty.
