Maine Mi ka slime tv 55 inch ka liya tha 25-4-2018 ko. Uske 1 month bad se problems ana chalu ho Gaya. To mene complain kiya company me. Unho ne 3 month lagae us TV ko replace karne me. Fir bhi mera display ka problem aa raha tha . Uske bad mene fir se complaint ki complain main. 2 month ho gae fir unka banda aya or tv ka display panel Change kar k gaya. Problem solve hone ka to thik or 1 problem badh gai. Tv ko 1h se jyada chalu rakhate hain to Tv ka display bend ho jata hain ( mud jata hain). Uske bad me thak chuka tha maine koi complain nahi ki. 2 months bad unka android version launch hua. Maine COSTOMER care me call lagaya ki purane TV main android update kab aa raha hain? Unhone bola jald hi aa jaega. us time Flipkart k sale me mere pass jo tv hain pirana Mi tv 4 55 inch us tv ko Flipkart par ase keh k bech rahe the ki isme bhi android update jaldi hi aa jaega. Sir aj 2022 khatam hone ko aya aj bhi koi update nathi aya . 2 month pahale tak vo log Bol rahe the ki update under process hain or abhi unka statement ata hain ki usme update nahi aega . Purane tv ko android karna hain to apko mi ka android setup box purchase karna padega or apne hanara purana tv liya hain to apko 1000 Rs discount bhi dege.
