1: I Ordered a MI REDMI Note 5 Pro 6/64 Gold from PAYTM MALL. what I get is a seal broken pack which phone and charger.
So I cancel the order and place another order for the same phone.
Now I was told that in order to cancel that order I have to reject the replacement of that order as well that means pay for the order & again wait for another 10 days . So I did the same thing.
2: The new Phone ordered happen to be a RED colour phone so I again called the pathetic customer service of there’s and explained them the issue(the 15th time to get connected to a agent it took me around 8-10 mins every time) so they asked me to return that phone as well, and I did .
3: Now during this period the price of the phone increased by INR 3000 and the seller taking advantage of the situation cancelled the orders and I got a message from paytm mall stating you refund will be initiated and you need to wait for 14 days for the same .
4: my issue is During these 14-15 days I have gone through so much of trouble and mental harassment with these guys that I have started hating the PAYTM MALL as well as the PRODUCT itself.
My suggestion Please do not go for cheap options because these are a useless, pathetic people who will never stop until they have sucked the last drop of blood and the last penny in your pocket out of you .
BE CAUTIOUS AND THINK TWICE while buying from such sites.
Also is there anyone who can help me resolve my issue . Please let me know who can I reach out to get this resolved .
The total amount with PATM Mall i paid is inr 31500 , and i do not have any thing from them .
