I purchased poco x3 pro mobile in april and its working good till November on at November 22 and i go to service center on 24 they check my mobile and said me we dont have part of this mobile at moment you can come on 1 dec then i go to service centre on 2nd December but they refuse to check my mobile but after some conversation they check my mobile again and they not repair my mobile then i came to my home after some days their manager call me to come their service center so i go they said me we will submitted your mobile but you havw to pay charges of rs 119 if you not do paid service then i agreed they demanding me for 18000 rs for reparing of my mobile and price of my mobile is 19000 so how i can pay them 18000rs for a 19000rs product and this time when i pay 119rs for service charge they do some temporary work in which they start my mobile but this time they said me your mobile will be shut any time and they dont give me any job sheet too
