Text of Complaint by Nidhi Gupta:

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding continuous collection calls being made to me even after I have already paid my EMI. I made payment with the link that shared by Ram fincorp company (attached ref)

My loan details are as follows:

Despite completing the payment on time, I have been receiving repeated calls from your collection agency over the last two days stating that the payment is pending. This is causing unnecessary mental stress and inconvenience.

I request you to:

Immediately update your records to reflect the payment

Stop all collection calls with immediate effect

Provide written confirmation of payment receipt

Ensure no penalty or late charges are applied

I am attaching the payment proof for your reference.
