I booked a Redmi note 7Pro from Shopupi.in on 09/04/2019 and did a payment by PhonePe I paid the total amount of Rs.13499. After the payment, I got the order Id 18559216 and asked me to wait another 24 hrs to get dispatch number to my registered number. I am waiting since 6 days, even till now I did not receive any tracking no or any message from them. In between I called many times to their customer care toll free no (18001021476) not connecting and telling sometimes switched off. I chatted online many times I did not get any help; nobody was responding to my messages. Kindly help me to resolve the issue and get back the paid amount or the booked mobile.
