Dear MI Team,
I’m facing a continous issue of my note 4 getting stuck in headphone mode because of which the speaker and headphone stops working. The phone is in warranty and has been repaired twice after visiting the nearest service center 4 times in the last 1 month. But still the issue is not resolved.
Attached is the service receipt. I request you to replace my phone.

looks like it is due to software updates that came in few days back. I also have similar problems
