Dear Consumer Complaints,
I have purchased Mi LED TV 4A Pro 49 inches in 2019.
Recently i have observed horizontal lines on TV and After their service person visit
They told its the problem with Panel and without any cause due to manufacturing defect it has gone.
i have spend 32000 to purchase this TV and now its zero Value.
New Panel is costing more then the New TV.
I have enquired in the market and came to know that these models having this problem that’s why Mi has with drawn these models.
By this Mi is confirming that the life of their TV panel is 2 to 3 years.
Please fight in favor of me to get it repaired
