Hi Team,
I’ve purchased MI LED Smart TV 4 138.8 cm (55′) for Rs.45000/- on 23rd June, 2018. It was running on MIUI TV version 1.0.1 then and still has the same version.
This was the very first MiTV that was launched in India and purchased as a loyal customer but feel betrayed now.
From the date of purchase till date, I’ve not received even a single major TV OS (PatchWall) update.
They have completely neglected this TV and launched multiple other TVs with latest OS that too of less price bracket.
They currently have released PatchWall 4.0 in the market but whenever I tried to connect to the MiIndiaSupport team via Twitter regarding the update rollout for my TV.
I’ve only received vague answers similar to this statement
“We understand your concern. Kindly wait for some time. However, we cannot assure you of the exact time as of when it will be available, as the updates rolled out are in random batches. Till then we request you to please wait.”
I’ve been following up from 2019 but still no luck on the OS update.
I want to be compensated equally due to this poor service and all my time and energy wasted.
I’ve attached the invoice of it.
