Respected Sir,
I have purchased a NEW TELEVISION ( MI 5X 50 INCHES TV FROM FLIP KART ONLINE). I PAID AROUND 41,000/- RS including protection warranty. Today the respected technician visited my house for installation. After the opening sealed box and placed in the wall . While testing the TV He noticed that volume was not at all working. Even tried to KEEP 100% that time also sound is not at all working for which he said there is a issue in board. I am totally upset and stressed out. I have raised a request to flipkart team for which they are saying they cannot refund the amount only replace can be done. I purchased this tv in EMI through credit card. I am mentally stress out and i need a justice and compensation Rs 5LACS to be provided as a FINE due to mental agony.
