I have purchased a smart TV worth 12500 from amazon. I got the product on 2-6-2020 and the installation was suppose to be done on 3-6-2020. Today is 9-6-2020 yet not done.
Amazon making me reschedule many times for installation, assigning me wrong person Mr Suman for installation who is no longer working in amazon.
Today another person Mr Pradip was assign for installation, I called him he said he is coming, waiting for him for 4 hours and now Mr Pradip blocked my number and asking me to install it by myself.,
And it is strictly prohibited to unbox the product otherwise the warranty will be void.
Please help.
