Dear Sir/mam
This is to inform you that I have done Delhi metro card recharge of Rs. 200/- at 16-10-2020 of card n0- 39552092under order no. 871907326572199953 which is failure due to poor server connection and have not received cashback regarding my recharge , I Have complaint already at info@dmrc.org/helpline@dmrc.org

I will thankful for listening my complaint and Please resolve it as soon as possible
