I did trade with this mentioned company in their App mentioned as MTFE which is available on Google play store still at the time of filing this complaint.
After having a need to withdraw my funds for private use, I did made a transfter from Assets Account to wallet Account as per their order of the system and this was made on 9th Aug,2023 at 23:00 hrs but to the disappointment funds never reached my wallet where I was supposed to transfter it from to my exchange Account.
When I contacted them through their whatsapp number available +(226)240-7279 they tried to convince me that it was tron network issue and it was not their fault. According to my understanding their should be no intervention of the tron network from Acompany’s Assets Account to Wallet Account as this is purely the settings of the company . One the tron network effect could come up may be if I was transferring the funds to the external address for this case but however still , I have got information from other users that even those transferring to external addresses have not got Fransfers done and they are being convinced that it’s the issue of the external exchanges.
This is all drama as really seen and they have scammed investors.
As I tried to search what happened to the internal transfter , I found out that the flow statement says that the Amount is frozen as they mentioned it ” freeze” this fake English. This is being narrated after the Assets Account balance has been emptied and showing zero amount and Wallet balance also showing zero meaning they indirectly transfered the Money to their own managed TRC20 address leaving my Account with zero balance.
So far it’s beyond 72 hours since I made a regrettable transfter and eyes still hanging in the air while my funds are still missing with in MTFE Wallet systems.
I do request for help if MTFE can be reached let my funds be transfered to my TRC20 address with out fail as mentioned below
