This is Manivannan V, Tenant Currently staying Lodha Splendora Platino G 2003 from past 1 year (from May 2019) and regularly paying the electricity bill through paytm automatic payment system.
Recently dated on 09/02/2020, your Mahavitaran person came to our home when i was not around only women at home threaten them and rise the voice to show the entire electricity bill. (I do not know the mahavitaran person name who is in charge of Lodha Splendora Platino block).
Immediately my wife contacted me by phone and explained matter and after long discussion we understood from him that the meter reading of platino g 2003 is being billed to platino G 3003 and vice versa.
This is mere carelessness of your staffs who have done this blunder.
Even after both the flat owners have approached, your good office to raise the issue still there is no solution given.
We as residents have to face the consequences of your staff’s reckless job.
Now, I demand this issue to be rectified immediately with no further delay.
