Text of Complaint by Bruno Pinto:

My Meta Quest 2 came defective and I bought it new from a local legitimate business, the business the told to to Email Meta support about the issue, Meta then said they could replace it but with a refurbished model which makes no sense since I bought it new, it has manufacturer warranty no matter what but they said since I bought from a third party and not their website they won’t give me a new one instead only a refurbished while I bought it full price and used it one day then notice it was faulty, this is customer abuse.
