Sir/Mam,
My telecom operator is Airtel who provide services to me. But from 2 month they were not provide proper service to me. I can’t receive messages from personal number as well as some company number. I complained 3 to 4 times to Customer but they don’t give resolution and give answer as ‘NO ISSUE FROM OUR END’. I had visited Airtel store they only check and troubleshoot and also change my SIM CARD after that also my issue not resolve. After that I mailed 6 to 7 times to nodal officer but they only give us 48 hrs they also not respond after that and currently they closed my TICKET AS ‘IN YOUR AREA NETWORK DEPLOYMENT ISSUE WHICH IS SOLVE’ but even though my issue were not resolve. I send message for PORT MOBILE number but I don’t get PUC message. Please help me.
